There is a mistake I made that few others have done too. The error is flowing in your new Drupal site and populate your menu.Simply add new menu items as a placeholder until you can create or add data. setting the menu path over something like
The frustrating part about this is that the menus may not work as expected-at least when waiting CSS menu using the main links (or any other menu) as a hierarchy. Drupal must have something to choose from to create the internal menu.
There is an option within the module development for clearing the menu (internally known as the answering router menus and menu shortcuts), and this is great to know but won't help unless the menus are linked to the actual content.
